Refund Policy
Why purchases are final
Paid credits are digital content added to your account and usable immediately after payment. We tell you this before you buy, and you can try the Service free every day. Purchases therefore can't be cancelled or refunded once paid, as permitted for digital content under Korean consumer law (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 17(2)5 and (6)).
Exceptions: when we refund or re-credit
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- Your payment went through but the credits never arrived.
- A fault on our side kept you from using purchased credits for a significant time.
- Any other case where the law requires a refund.
If a rewrite fails because of a problem on our side, no credits are used in the first place. If a rewrite came out wrong and used credits, contact us and we'll check it and give the credits back.
How to ask
Reply to the Paddle receipt email, look up your order at paddle.net, or email [email protected] with your order number. We reply within 3 business days. Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, processes payments, so any refund is made through Paddle.
Good to know
- Credits from a refunded payment are removed from your account.
- If you delete your account, remaining credits are forfeited and not refunded.
- If the law of the country where you live gives you rights beyond this policy, this policy doesn't limit them.
